Who we are

We are the people to talk to if you want work experience placements in the West Midlands, leadership and management training for your first-line managers or if you're a graduate looking for some training to brush up your soft skills.

Why? I hear you ask, well here at Graduate Advantage we believe that students and graduates are great for business, so we want to retain them here in the West Midlands and what's more, we get them work-ready for you with our training.

For Advantage West Midlands (AWM) employability, business productivity and retention of graduate talent are also high priorities, so much so that they support us to deliver our services.
