Resourcer/ Trainee Recruitment Consultant

To assist the engineering team in sourcing suitable candidates for placements within client companies.

To keep Concept recruitment in the forefront of our client's minds through an active marketing campaign.

To source suitable candidates by:

Advertising the role across the job boards.
Conducting a search on Concept's in house database.
Conducting a search on the job boards

Resourcer will interview them over the phone or face to face to assess their skills, knowledge, experience and attitude for the role.

Suitable candidates will be submitted to clients.

Creating job opportunities for good candidates by contacting suitable companies who may be interested in employing candidates.

Creating eye catching mail shots.

Researching to identify news or press articles that our clients will find of interest to include press releases.



 

Essential Skills

Previous experience in a customer facing role
Able to follow systems and procedures accurately
Able to record information accurately
