Recruitment Researcher

Soloman Associates Limited has a reputation of providing a high quality talent acquisition executive search (Head Hunting) and recruitment selection services to companies in the UK, EMEA and Asia. Working with leaders in the highly innovative and forward thinking technology industry they offer a strategic approach. By ensuring they understand the needs and culture of each of their clients they offer an added value solution for clients’ strategic and business critical resourcing needs.

As part of their expansion plans they are seeking an ambitious and motivated graduate or post-graduate to join as a Recruitment Researcher. Initially a 12-months placement there is long term career and personal development opportunities for the right candidate.

This varied role will see working directly with the Director; who will provide you with hands on training and development in this fast paced industry.

Your duties will cover:

· Researching various technology markets

· Keep up to date with industry news

· Work on recruitment projects

· Calling candidates to get status updates

· Client liaison

· Internet based email marketing

· Researching and name gathering for potential candidates

· Identifying companies and prospects

· Database maintenance

Essential Skills

They want a proactive, ambitious and motivated individual who is seeking a role that will give them a start them in this visionary recruitment consultancy business. You will have strong analytical skills, excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office) and strong report writing capabilities. A determined and tenacious individual you will internet savvy with a passion for all types of technology; a real cyber sleuth. With a professional telephone manner, you will have solid interpersonal skills. A good listener, you will happy to liaise with both client and candidates alike. A fast-learner, with the ability to work on your own initiative you will be looking to work in a consultative role that provides solutions to clients.Finally, you will be able to think on your feet!

Desirable Skills

Previous business to business sales experience would be highly beneficial. Finally, because of the nature of the client base language skills in French, Spanish, German or Arabic would be beneficial.

Additional Company Information

Based at the Birmingham Science Park - Aston.
Salary: (Up to £35k pa based on first year OTE; basic of £16 – 18K pa. Uncapped Commission)
