Junior Architectural Technician

bi Design architecture has been in business since 1998 and has over 60 years of architectural experience within the team. Over the last 20 years we have worked on over 1,400 projects and have the know how and experience to create a unique solution to your architectural project.

Most of our commercial clients and residential property clients have never undertaken a building project before but rest assured we will hold your hand throughout the process. We take a flexible, friendly approach and work closely with you to deliver architectural solutions that you will love.

The Role

The applicant will work alongside team members to deliver projects from existing surveys to starting on site. This will include surveying, existing drawings, design work, planning drawings and building control drawings.

Training is provided on the job with opportunities  for further learning and professional career progression.

The Person

Qualifications – Degree level / Expectant degree in relevant subject

It is desirable, but not essential, that the applicant has experience in using some or all of the following software:

  • Autocad
  • Sketchup
  • Revit
  • Photoshop
  • Word
  • Excel
