Glassdomain have been attempting to build a brand within the furniture market using their knowledge of glass and distinctive designs.
They have also developed a unique product called ICON-glass which is based on using digital printing technology on glass. This has led them into new and exciting market sectors.
They now need to help put together a strategic marketing plan and to maximise their efforts and incorporate the latest marketing trends such as social media. The ongoging development of the Company‚€™s website will also form part of the plan. The principle objective will be to increase awareness of the brand which should in turn lead to increased sales.
You will report directly to the Managing Director, being a small company you will also be expected to pick up day to day business such as answering the phones when no one else is available, liaising with customers and greeting visitors on occasions.
Your principle duties will be:
Monitor and administer the Marketing Plan and online presence
Liaise with the PR Agency assisting with content and advising on editorial
Devising showroom and retail promotions
Monitor customer feedback
Communication ‚€“ with clients and suppliers
Computer literate ‚€“ knowledge of Outlook, MS Office, Photoshop and CRM
Social media awareness
