Niyaa People are an independent recruitment consultancy focusing on the supply of temporary and permanent staff to the built environment.  They have developed their specialist recruitment business over the years, and have gone strength to strength, having a number of large blue chip and a very loyal regional client base.  Due to expansion in their work load, they are looking to expand their team with a Trainee Sales Consultant.

You will be working alongside a highly experienced, senior Recruitment Consultants who will provide you with dedicated one on one and nationally recognised external training.  You will be involved in:

• Pro-active outbound calls to new and previous customers
• Achieving sales targets
• Selling company products and services
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Account managing customers
• Providing excellent customer services
• Resourcing candidates from job boards, internal databases and social networking
• Researching and analysing existing clients and potential clients
  

• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
• Excellent team player and relationship builder
• Ability and desire for success and reward
• Ability to demonstrate outstanding time management and organisational skills
• Analytical skills
  

The office is based in Digbeth, in Birmingham city centre and it is within walking distance of Birmingham New Street and Moor Street train stations and a variety of bus routes.
