An invaluable opportunity has arisen for a business savvy graduate who wants to gain experience in administration at an innovative legal services company.

You will be placed within the translation and interpreting division and will be responsible for assisting with the general administration of the bookings process.  Daily tasks will include the following:
  • Answering client calls
  • Registering new interpreters to the database
  • Cleansing the database of old data
  • Issuing assignments
  • Issuing timesheets
  • Chasing timesheets
  • ID checks
  • Ensuring quality checks are completed and on file
  • Obtaining quotes for translations
  • Chasing translations deadlines
  • General administration tasks 

Desirable Skills

  • Telephone skills
  • Experience of using Microsoft packages
  • Good negotiator
  • General business acumen

The office is based in Birmingham city centre, on Great Charles Street which is within walking distance of Snow Hill station and bus routes.
