This exciting Internship opportunity will provide you with invaluable experience in business to customer (b2c) marketing in a commercial environment.
A large part of the role will be online marketing and you should have good IT skills and be comfortable using Google Analytics, Wordpress and social marketing platforms. Your responsibilities will include:

- Working with the Managing Director to formalise marketing ideas and write a marketing plan/schedule for the coming 12 months
- Establishing Synergy as a leader in identified small niche markets
- Generating incoming leads
- Writing engaging copy and working with the graphics team to ensure that a strong brand is communicated
- Creating web pages, mailers, email newsletters
- Ensuring that the database is accurate and up to date
- Implementing the online strategy
- Supporting the development and implementation of the digital marketing plan
Essential Skills
- Degree in Marketing or Business or related subject
- Good understanding and knowledge of Google Analytics and Wordpress
- Experience of using social media
- Have an interest in pursuing a future in marketing / digital strategy
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
Desirable Skills
- Experience of building and maintaining working relationships
- Previous work experience in a marketing role

The office is based in Lichfield and is a 2 minute walk to Lichfield train station.
