This is a unique 12 month opportunity where you will rotate through
three 16 week paid placements within three diverse professional and
financial services firms whilst taking on the role of being an ambassador for young professionals in Birmingham.
We are looking for an exceptional graduate to become the Graduate Apprentice 2011.
Your first placement will be with big four firm, Deloitte. In this client facing role you will be in the tax department where your work could involve financial planning, research, analysis, and organising of data for new and existing clients. You must have an eye for detail, be numerate, able to communicate on all levels, and manage client relationships effectively.
Your second placement will be with Service Birmingham (Capita) you will be involved in a range of experiences which could include project management, service standards, customer focus, operational delivery, identifying innovative solutions and working collaboratively across all business areas to improve service delivery.
The final placement will be with energy and telecommunications company Glide Utilities. In this role you will be working as a field sales executive this will include establishing and building rapport with customers and account management. You must be a forward-thinking graduate desiring a role which offers real responsibility coupled with the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the company whilst ensuring good customer service.
This opportunity would be ideal for someone who is seeking a genuine challenge, has the drive and ambition to achieve results, who would relish the chance to take on early responsibility and considers their people skills to be excellent.

To apply you must have graduated in the last two years, hold at least 300 UCAS points or equivalent, a 2:1 in any discipline, and can demonstrate the essential skills below.
300 UCAS Points A- 120, B- 100, C- 80, D- 60, E- 4 must be gained through A2 levels and excluding General Studies
