MONITORING AND DISCLOSURE
Monitoring is an essential element of our Equal Opportunities Policy. We ask you to provide monitoring information to us as the information collected about users of our services helps us to determine whether discrimination is occurring.
Graduate Advantage encourages disclosure of disability by candidates to the internship programme without prejudice. We believe this information enables staff to ensure that Health and Safety issues are considered and offers the opportunity to explore any additional needs applicants may have.
All monitoring information will remain confidential to the Graduate Advantage team unless you give us permission to disclose it to a third party. The only exception to this will be when you detail any adjustments or specific requirements that you may have for the interview and selection process on the ‘Application for Graduate Advantage Internship’ form. Otherwise it will be used in an anonymous form to provide statistical information to our funders as part of the project reporting mechanism.
