Wilkes Design is a small new media business working in a fast moving sector of IT. In 2006 they realised that to stay on top of internet software development, particularly solutions for broadband, they needed to develop new software. They identified a specific software need which would give them the chance to expand their business into new product markets and to open up cost effective IT solutions to the SME market, so they recruited a graduate on a six month contract to get the project off the ground.
