Graduate Advantage are a regionally funded project which aims to introduce the skills of students and graduates to businesses throughout the West Midlands and crucially, to help more businesses recruit and retain graduates by offering free front-end recruitment.

Our Placement Programme

Graduate Advantage helps companies who wish to take on students or graduates on a full-time or part-time basis into a graduate level role placement for anything up to 4 weeks to 12 months.

 

This is a great opportunity for comapnies to utilise the services of a student or graduate who are looking to develop their skills through undertaking graduate level work. By offering students and graduates a period of work experience, your business can gain new ideas and enthusiasm, the help it needs to complete a project that your organisation may not have the time to do, as well as a cost-effective flexible solution to your recruitment needs.

 

All of our services are free of charge. The Graduate Advantage Team will develop the vacancy with you, advertise and promote it, search out suitable candidates and create a shortlist for you.
