Graduate Advantage is a regionally funded project which aims to introduce the skills of graduates to businesses throughout the West Midlands and crucially, to help more businesses recruit, train and retain graduates by offering companies free front-end recruitment .
Graduate Internships
Graduate Advantage helps companies who wish to take on graduates on a full-time or part time basis into a graduate level internship for anything up to 12 months. You can always extend the duration of the internship to suit your business needs and retain that all important graduate talent longer term.
This is a great opportunity for companies to utilise the services of a graduate who are looking to develop their skills through undertaking graduate level work. By offering graduates a period of work experience; your business often gains new ideas and enthusiasm; the help to complete a project that your organisation just doesn't have the time to do as well as a cost-effective flexible solution to your recruitment needs.
All of our services are free of charge. Your Graduate Advantage Account Manager will search out suitable candidates and create a shortlist for you. Companies will be required to arrange a rate of pay for the graduate. The graduate must be employed directly by your company to be eligible for the scheme.
