We do not charge for our service, the only cost to you is the graduate’s remuneration.
We only advertise paid opportunities to graduates and encourage employers to pay a salary in line with the nature of the role. The minimum criteria for advertising a vacancy through Graduate Advantage is to offer £7.50 per hour, in line with the new National Living Wage level which comes into effect in April 2017.

We will usually advertise your role for 7-10 days on our website but it does depend on the time of year and type of role. Typically the process from start to finish takes around a month. However, it can be much quicker during peak recruitment times in the summer and autumn. Some vacancies can take longer to fill due to the skills required, but rest assured we will be working our hardest to find your new recruit and we will keep you posted on how we're getting on.
You do. It is the responsibility of the employer to pay the graduate for the entire duration of their employment.
The graduate would be enlisted on to the employer's payroll and paid directly through the company's staff payment systems.
