We do not charge for our service, the only cost to you is the graduate’s remuneration.
We will only advertise paid opportunities with a salary or rate of pay that is stated. In this competitive market we encourage employers to offer a salary in line with market rates for the opportunity on offer.

We usually advise advertising your vacancy for 7-10 days on our website but it does depend on the time of year and type of role. Typically the process from start to finish takes around 4-6 weeks, but varies depending upon your internal processes and the availability of suitable applicants for the vacancy.
You do. It is the responsibility of the employer to pay the graduate for the entire duration of their employment.
The graduate would be enlisted on to the employer's payroll and paid directly through the company's staff payment systems.
As Graduate Advantage is partnered to the Higher Levels Skills Match (HLSM) programme there may be a requirement for you to complete some project documentation, however your assigned Account Manager will support with the process if necessary.
